Sound Bath in Nature
Have you ever tried meditating but found it difficult to
focus on letting your mind go blank? Then this session is for you! Learn
how to de-stress and calm the senses with the soothing sounds of nature…all you
need is a yoga mat or towel. Pre-registration required as space is
limited.
Please note: participants must bring their own yoga mats or towels; and must be age 12+ in order to participate.
